Reverse engineering is one of our specialties. We will measure your existing, obsolete or broken part and provide you with a CAD drawing of the part. Then we will manufacture a new part, at a fraction of the cost of the original.

We work closely with our customers to determine the best approach to accomplish their goals. When it is decided that the best approach is to manufacture parts by reverse engineering, we are given an existing, worn or broken component. From that part we do a Take-Off and make a detailed CAD drawing. All details and fits are reviewed and drawn to applicable standards. At this point, we can also add value for our customers by determining what materials are best suited to make up the new part. Once the part has been approved, the CAD file is saved and can be used and referred to at a later date. This assures the customer that subsequent part orders for the same part number will be consistent with the original standard specs.
